TFFC (Middelpunt) Fishery Report for the 2021/2022 Season

Summary

For the second year in a row, we started our fishing year on 1 June with dams full or close to full, but as in 2020 the levels dropped significantly until Dec/Jan when above-average late summer rainfall followed by unseasonal mid-winter rain resulted in all dams overflowing until the late June 2022. Providing the spring rains arrive timeously we can look forward to a good 2022/3 season.
